my skin and scalp get really itchy at night time. i mean really itchy. some times i wake up and i scratch for a good 30 mins to an hour. i have no patches or anything, i'm just itchy.i think it all started while i was pregnant (not pregnat any more) three months ago. does anyone have any ideas? or remidies?
Itchy skin and scalp?
There is a condition of biliary statis (called jaundice of pregnancy). Get yourself checked for liver problem as it all started during your pregnancy. Liver function tests (by blood) are all that is required along with ultrasonography of the liver. Consult your own doctor.
You may also like to look for bed bugs or for that matter scabies also, which may cause this itching of this nature.
