the reason why you probably get itchy skin is because...

If your not drinking enough water. so keep drinking water.

Hope you feel better!
Reply:one word - GOLDBOND!!!
Reply:try lotions and body wash with oatmeal!
Reply:Use "gold bon" its the best for ichy dry or any type of bad skin.
Reply:LOTION =]]
Reply:go to a doctor or get some itching cream or try to get some type of skin moisturizure lotion that says will prevent itchyness
Reply:lotion.. for the body...?? .. and for the face.. its uhhhhhhhhhhhh.... Vaseline
Reply:There is something you are putting on your body that makes it itchy. Change your soap to something more mild such as Dove or Neutrogena. Also, change your shampoo to T-Gell and see how you feel after a week or two. You should see improvements.
Reply:It sound like you have eczema. You should go to a dermatologist or even a regular doctor and they can give you a prescription for something with hydro-cortisone in it. I have a compounded ointment made of aquaphor ointment and hydro-cortisone and use it after showering.
Reply:Other things you can also try (in addition to the above suggestions) is dramatically increase your water intake, take warm, not hot showers and run a humidifier in the bedroom where you sleep. These may help a little bit. A dermatologist can give you further direction as to what kind of lotion might be able to stop this itch permanently.
Reply:Listen this is what they do in the spa's. Mix sugar white or brown it doesn't matter with olive oil in a bowl. Get in your bath tub "NO water yet" Just massage the sugar and oil mixture over your entire body, it feels good. When your done rinse off the sugar and oil use a mild soap if you want then pat yourself dry with a towel. I do this about once or twice a week in the winter. The rest of the week use a good lotion right after your shower or bath while your skin is still moist. Hope this helps.
Reply:try e45 cream from any chemist comes in very large tub works brill ,not expensive.
Reply:Don't worry about it, I used to have the same problem. First off, don't scratch, it's the worst thing you can do. Other than that you can;

-take baths in oatmeal (I know it sounds really gross, but it makes your skin feel so much better)

-make sure you moisturize as much as possible

-cover up your skin; wear long sleeves and pants so your skin isn't exposed to winter weather, which is harsh on the skin

-I know this sounds really gross, but only shower your hair, not your body; the water will irritate your skin

-if it gets really, really bad though (as in bleeding, or a strange looking bumpy rash), go to a dermatologist (skin doctor) before it gets worse
Reply:You might have psoriasis you can control it with creams or in extreme cases pills...if you have spots all over that looks like dried skin and you can peal it off leaving the red spot or pinkish most likely it is...
Reply:sounds like excema,i use lotions without alcohol or smells, you can try aquaphor original ointment

Reply:Re.For your dry or cracked feet check this site out: http://waterproofsock.com/

Waterproof Sock is the ONLY unit that would fit snugly around your feet and ankle. It will protect your skin from the harsh chemical of pool's water, like Chlorine and Bromine, Waterproof sock, protects your feet from Verrucae, athlete’s foot and other foot infections commonly found in the indoor swimming environment. Simply, slip it on your feet prior to entering a swimming Pool or Jacuzzi, This would help the skin and feet retain its original moist, so your skin won’t dry or crack.
Reply:Try using an all-natural skin care cream - Skin So Silky. Using it just a few days, you will notice your skin feeling much more soft and supple to the touch, your wrinkles seem to appear less pronounced, and others will begin to see your more healthy glow. This is all just the beginning.
