Recently the weather has been dry and at first it started with a itchy rash around the eyes after I went swimming in a warm pool this one time. A few days after, my whole face gets flaky when I rub it and it itches a little bit in random areas. This never happened to me before in the dry season and also in dryer places. I already live in a place that's considered "humid". It's also weird to see that I have such oily skin but it's still flaking? I put moisturizer but my face still itches and flakes if i rub it. My skin has always been oily and I didn't need much moisterizer even in the dry countries I visited. Although the rash around my eyelids is gone, it still gets itchy once in a while and I can even feel my eyeballs being too dry because it's always warm and tiring. Anyone know the problem?
Itchy flaky skin after swimming?
Was it a chlorinated pool ? that could be the answer,
an alergy to the chlorine.
