Does anyone suffer with very itchy skin?

i'm coming up 19 weeks pregnant and my skin is very itchy arms, boobs, head, tummy. Was just wondering if anyone suffered the same problem.

hi i once read somewhere that this can be a sign of something but i cant remember what it was i do remember that it said you had to get it checked out,make an appointment with your gp or midwife.wish i could remember i will do a search and if i find it i will post it for you.

Reply:i did, its normal to get itchy in the early stages of pregnancy dont worry everyone varies on how their bodies change, you have a whole new life growing inside you, its bound to take some effect hunni dont worry!
Reply:hi,yes it is normal for your skin to itch as it is growing rather rapidly!!! but if it carries on i would get it checked out as i know it is a sign for something...cant remember what it is though! sorry
Reply:Hi, it can be normal as the skin stretches but if it continues or you are still worried ask your midwife as it can be a sign of something wrong with your liver in pregnancy.
